This notice covers careers.jobhuntley.com. Browser preferences are separate from jobhuntley.com.
Information we handle
When you visit, our hosting and security systems receive information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, request time and requested URL. If website measurement is allowed, we record page and ad-flow events, a random visit identifier, device and approximate country, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. These are event-level records, not only anonymous totals. Please do not put names, email addresses or other personal information in campaign URLs.
Cookies, browser storage and advertising
We use browser storage for site preferences and requested toolkit access. With the applicable permission, session storage also carries campaign attribution between pages. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including ads based on earlier visits to this or other websites.
Read how Google uses data on partner sites and use Google My Ad Center for personalised-ad controls. Google Ad Manager serves the advertising placements on careers.jobhuntley.com, including supported anchor, interstitial and rewarded formats. AdSense Auto Ads are not enabled on this subdomain. Google manages the creative and rewarded-ad interaction.
Consent and controls
Where Google presents a consent message, use it to accept, reject or change advertising choices. Our optional event measurement waits for the consent decision where required. The privacy choices page also lets you turn off our optional measurement. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables our optional measurement and marketing tags. These controls do not stop necessary hosting/security logs. Non-personalised advertising may still use storage; it is not the same as cookie-free advertising.
Toolkits and correspondence
Quiz choices stay in the page; our events record progression, not your selected answer text. Planning worksheets are for use in your browser, not applications sent to employers. If you email us, we receive the message and contact details you provide.
Sharing and international processing
Our hosting, analytics and advertising service providers process relevant data to deliver their services. We may also disclose data when legally required. Providers may operate outside your country. Their own notices describe processing and available controls on their services.
Retention and your rights
Native-toolkit campaign visits expire after 30 minutes of inactivity in browser session storage. The measurement opt-out clears the identifiers our control manages. Earned toolkit access lasts up to 30 minutes in the browser tab. Server records are retained for operational, reporting, security and legal needs; a verified automatic deletion schedule for all historical records is not yet in place. We review access and deletion requests through the contact below, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention.
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional choices and contact your relevant data-protection authority. To make a request, email partnership@deepdivemedia.in. Include the page and approximate visit date; do not send identification documents unless an appropriate verification process has been arranged.
Children and updates
This career-information website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Material changes will be reflected in this page's updated date.
Unique visitors and reading duration
With measurement permission, a random browser identifier is stored in local storage for up to 90 days of inactivity so reports can distinguish repeat visits. We also measure time while the page is visible, excluding hidden-tab time. This does not identify the same person across browsers or devices. Turning off optional measurement clears this browser identifier.
